• ・事故やけがに配慮し、周囲の安全を確認の上ご利用ください。
• ・体調がすぐれないときや睡眠が不足しているとき、乗り物酔いしやすい方はご利用をお控えください。
• ・激しい明滅等の光の刺激に起因する体調不良等の症状のある方は事前に必ず医師に相談してください。
• ・利用中に不快な症状や体調不良を感じた場合には直ちにご利用を中止してください。
• ・ご利用中、ご利用後は充分な休憩を取ってください。
• ・使用後に不快な症状がある場合は充分な休憩を取り、症状が改善しない場合は医師の診察を受けてください。
• ・アプリのダウンロード及びサービス利用中の通信費はご自身での負担となります。

• ・If you experience unpleasant symptoms or poor physical condition during use, please stop using the device immediately.
• ・Take plenty of breaks during and after use.
• ・If you experience unpleasant symptoms after use, take plenty of rest, and if the symptoms do not improve, consult a doctor.
• ・Communication costs when downloading the app and using the service are borne by you.

7歳以上13歳未満のお子様のご利用にあたって

Regarding use by children between 7 and 13 years old.

斜視や複視、その他、視力の異常や眼科的疾患のあるお子様や、
眼科に通われているお子様は専門医に相談のうえご利用ください。

ご利用後にお子様の視力について異常が見られた場合、早急に専門医を受診してください。
※7歳未満のお子様にはご利用させないでください。

  2. 2）ソーシャルメディアにおける、当社名によるもしくは当社社員による情報発信のすべてが、必ずしも当社の公式発表・見解を表しているものではありません。あらかじめご了承ください。

• 2.免責事項

  1. 1）公式アカウント以外の同名称を掲げたアカウントがある場合でも、公式アカウントで発信する情報以外に対して一切の責任を負いません。
  2. 2）公式アカウント内においても成りすましによる発言であった場合は、一切の責任を負いません。
  3. 3）コメント・リプライ・DMでのお問合せについては対応しておりません。

• 3.注意事項

  1. 1）TOPPANに関係する発言を受ける場合には、TOPPANとの関係の明示を求めて頂くようお願い致します。
  2. 2）好戦的、反社会的な内容、公序良俗に反した内容、著作権侵害など法律に抵触する内容の発言については禁止とさせて頂きます。
  3. 3）上記に反した内容の発言とTOPPANが判断した場合、予告なく該当する発言を削除する場合がございます。ご了承ください。
  4. 4）お客さまの発言により、TOPPANが損害を被った場合、損害賠償を請求させて頂くことがございます。
  5. 5）本規約は予告なく変更することがあります。この場合、SNSの取り扱いについては最新の本規約が適用されるものとします。

  1. 1）If you receive any posts related to TOPPAN, please require that party to clearly state their relationship with TOPPAN.
